We will take you to discover the famous Soller Railway on this brand new half day tour. This is your chance to experience the more than 100-year old wooden carriage train in a half day tour. The trip doesn't start until midday, so you can sleep in and have breakfast in peace.
We will collect you at around 13:15-14:15 from a meeting point close to your hotel and we will drive you by coach to the station in Palma. Here you will board the vintage wooden train that will take you to Soller. The train, one of the oldest in Spain, passes through beautiful countryside on the route towards the mountains and then passes through tunnels, leading to the Soller Valley where you will have the most magnificent views of your holiday.
You will have approximately 35 minutes to enjoy Soller, the most stunning town in the Serra de Tramuntana, with its eclectic architecture and privileged location, surrounded by the impressive mountains. You will have time to stoll through the pretty streets, enjoy an ice cream made from the famous Soller oranges or visit the stunning church and main square.
Then we continue our adventure aboard the charming tram. Enjoy a scenic 25-minute journey through the picturesque valley, descending towards the enchanting Port Soller. Take in the panoramic views of the port during our 40-minute stop, before we make our way back, ensuring you make the most of this unforgettable excursion. We will return from Port Soller by coach at around 18:00.

The trip was generally positive but just didn't have enough time at each location. Allocated time was 30 minutes in each, but time you got a drink or something to eat the time was practically up. I think the excursion should be longer with more time in soller and port soller. The train itself was really good, great views and a very long tunnel!
Efficient and timely pickup. Bus air con not great. Tour guide great. Soller and Port Soller were amazing, one of the best train rides ever, you start off in the city and end up in these beautiful places. However, as others have said, the time you get to explore is far too short. We would have liked more time. Even a 1 hour earlier pickup would make a difference. I appreciate it's billed as half day excursion but it is too rushed.
Fantastic tour through the beautiful, raw nature. Do yourself a favor and look out for the unique natural phenomena that are not man-made — and enjoy it. Lovely and welcoming guide who was also happy to chat and share stories beyond the usual information.
A great afternoon out and the end Port of Soller was stunning. Only ended up with 20 mins in each place though which just wasn't enough. I would rather have left an hour earlier and had 1hr in each place. Barely enough time to find a loo. The train was great and we all had a seat. I do wish they'd let families on first though to ensure they could sit together. Luckily a lovely couple moved so we could sit together. Overall Soller was definitely worth the trip because it was stunning.
Juan was excelent tour guide and Gerardo driving the bus. I definitely recommend this tour as must do, when visiting Mayorca.
We enjoyed the trip very much, it’s absolutely worth taking during holidays in Mallorca! We made this trip with our teenage daughters so choosing a sightseeing activity is not always easy but they were very happy. The views were amazing and everything was perfectly organized. Many thanks to our guide Katharina for all the information about the island and the places we visited.
This was a wonderful trip. The coach picked us up on time and was air conditioned. The host was knowledgable and friendly but we couldn’t quite hear everything she said. The train and tram rides were lovely and picturesque but it was a shame not to have had longer in each place to really enjoy the scenery. By the time you queued for a drink and/or the toilet, it was time to go. All in all, a lovely trip albeit a trifle short and rushed.

We took the half day trip to Soller and Port Soller using the old wooden train and tram. We had a brilliant time and were well looked after by Katerina and our driver Juan. The coach was air conditioned and very comfortable. We had a private coach on the train from Palma to Soller - fabulous scenery!! Then tine in Soller to enjoy a walk and some ice cream. Port Soller was calm and beautiful. The trip back to Port de Pollensa was comfortable & Juan even dropped us closer to our apartment saving us a long walk. We considered doing this trip by public transport but are so glad we didn't. This trip is well worth the money.
