If you are staying in the north of the island, booking this with NoFrills Excursions is the absolute best way to visit the capital. The entire day was incredibly smooth, starting with a prompt morning pickup from our hotel. The guide on the coach was great, explaining the itinerary clearly and giving us excellent tips before we arrived. We spent an amazing two and a half hours at Palma Aquarium, where the massive shark tank and live coral collections were breathtaking. After that, the coach dropped us right by the Cathedral area, giving us plenty of time for tapas and a relaxing walk along the harbor. For an excursion that covers return transport, fast-track entry tickets, and travel insurance, the overall value for money and organization are unbeatable.
My boyfriend and I wanted a mix of city sightseeing and fun, so this combined tour was perfect for us as young travelers. We loved having two and a half hours of free time in Palma City to walk around the narrow streets of the old town and do some shopping along Passeig del Born. First off: the tour guide and driver were great. No complaints there at all! They provided a fun and informative drive to the attractions. They earned 3 full stars. But... We had expected to visit Palma in the morning, as mentioned on the excursion page. We had things planned out to do there. The morning city trip got swapped with the aquarium trip from the afternoon, so the entire duration of the city trip landed right during siësta. So all shopping trip targets save for 1 were closed. This was very disappointing and disheartening. It basically robbed us of half the excursion. Again, the tour guide and driver were great, but given the price for the excursion and the shift in planning, we can't give more than 3 stars. (Something that could have been remedied if they had just planned the excursion an hour or two later.)

This Palma City and Palma Aquarium day trip was perfect for our family holiday.
