The Island Tour will keep you captivated all day thanks to its unique combination of road, sea and rail travel, perfectly balanced with free time at each stop. You’ll journey along the spectacular west coast of Mallorca, enjoying some of the most breathtaking views in the Mediterranean, while discovering the UNESCO-protected Serra de Tramuntana with commentary from our knowledgeable guide.
Once everyone has been picked up by coach, the tour heads into the heart of the Tramuntana Mountains, following one of the island’s most scenic and photographed mountain roads towards Sa Calobra. Along the way, you’ll enjoy unforgettable panoramic views and plenty of opportunities for photos.
On arrival at Sa Calobra, you’ll have free time to relax and explore this extraordinary natural setting. We always aim to arrive early, allowing you to experience Sa Calobra at its most peaceful and unspoilt, before other groups arrive. This gives you the chance to explore the impressive Torrent de Pareis gorge at a relaxed pace.
Afterwards, we continue the adventure by boat, sailing from Sa Calobra to Puerto de Sóller on a journey of around 40 minutes. From the sea, you’ll admire dramatic cliffs and coastal scenery that simply cannot be seen from land.
In Puerto de Sóller, you’ll enjoy free time for lunch and relaxation. Whether you choose a seaside restaurant recommended by the guide or explore on your own, this stop offers the perfect break in a stunning natural harbour.
In the afternoon, we board the historic Sóller tram, travelling along the seafront and through orange and lemon groves to the town of Sóller. Here, you’ll have time for a short stroll through its charming historic centre before boarding the famous wooden Sóller train.
The final stage of the tour takes you by vintage train through the beautiful Sóller Valley, passing through mountain tunnels and countryside landscapes on a route that has remained almost unchanged for over 100 years. On arrival near Palma, your coach will be waiting to take you comfortably back to your resort.

Brilliant company, professional and friendly for both excursions we’ve booked with No Frills. Picking us up promptly and ensuring we get to/from the destination safely. Dori was funny / helpful during our island excursion tour and we cannot express how impressed we are with Jesús for driving through Mallorca’s mountain range. The best day of our entire holiday, and the second best day was the Palma bus trip with No Frills, where Jeannine and Gerardo were brilliant as well. 10/10 company and we will revisit should we ever come back to Mallorca. You’ve made our holiday so easy and enjoyable, and not for a bad price too!

We really enjoyed the trip. Unfortunately on the day we had booked it rained so spoiled the views a bit. Just like the UK. However, the trip was really well organised and excellent value for money given that it included the boat, the tram and the train tickets. Would highly recommend the trip. Just remember to include some loose change in euros for the toilet costs. Good value for money when you have been on a bus for an hour ha, ha.

We had an absolutely amazing full-day trip, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide Melanie and our driver Pep. Pep’s driving skills were genuinely impressive. Navigating a large bus through narrow, winding mountain roads is no small task, and while I’ll admit I was a bit nervous at times, he handled everything with such confidence and precision that I ended up trusting him completely. It was honestly incredible to watch. Melanie was equally fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, engaging, and professional throughout the entire day. What really stood out was how she seamlessly switched between English, German, and Spanish so everyone could follow along. She shared interesting facts about the places we visited, told stories, made jokes, and kept the atmosphere light and enjoyable. She also gave great practical tips at each stop, from what to see and where to go for lunch to recommendations for the best ice cream. Those little details made a big difference and helped us make the most of every location. Overall, the trip was perfectly organized, informative, and genuinely fun. Huge thanks to Melanie and Pep for making it such a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
Good organization of the whole trip
Excellent trip. The bus journey through the mountains and the boat trip were both spectacular. Both Soller port and Soller were pretty towns and good to visit. Really enjoyed the tram trips from Soller port to Soller and from Soller to Palma. Our coach driver and our guide Jenny were both excellent.
