The Island Tour will keep you captivated all day thanks to its unique combination of road, sea and rail travel, perfectly balanced with free time at each stop. You’ll journey along the spectacular west coast of Mallorca, enjoying some of the most breathtaking views in the Mediterranean, while discovering the UNESCO-protected Serra de Tramuntana with commentary from our knowledgeable guide.
Once everyone has been picked up by coach, the tour heads into the heart of the Tramuntana Mountains, following one of the island’s most scenic and photographed mountain roads towards Sa Calobra. Along the way, you’ll enjoy unforgettable panoramic views and plenty of opportunities for photos.
On arrival at Sa Calobra, you’ll have free time to relax and explore this extraordinary natural setting. We always aim to arrive early, allowing you to experience Sa Calobra at its most peaceful and unspoilt, before other groups arrive. This gives you the chance to explore the impressive Torrent de Pareis gorge at a relaxed pace.
Afterwards, we continue the adventure by boat, sailing from Sa Calobra to Puerto de Sóller on a journey of around 40 minutes. From the sea, you’ll admire dramatic cliffs and coastal scenery that simply cannot be seen from land.
In Puerto de Sóller, you’ll enjoy free time for lunch and relaxation. Whether you choose a seaside restaurant recommended by the guide or explore on your own, this stop offers the perfect break in a stunning natural harbour.
In the afternoon, we board the historic Sóller tram, travelling along the seafront and through orange and lemon groves to the town of Sóller. Here, you’ll have time for a short stroll through its charming historic centre before boarding the famous wooden Sóller train.
The final stage of the tour takes you by vintage train through the beautiful Sóller Valley, passing through mountain tunnels and countryside landscapes on a route that has remained almost unchanged for over 100 years. On arrival near Palma, your coach will be waiting to take you comfortably back to your resort.

A great way to see the West Coast. Going on a boat, tram and train alongside the bus was good fun. Very well organised and would definitely recommend.
Second time doing this tour. Guide and driver excellent. Too much time at top of mountain. Need more time at La Calabra (extra half hour). Drop off stops around Alcudia was excruciating.
It was wonderful from start to finish. We did not know there was so much to see in Majorca. We would definitely recommend this trip to everyone.

Tour was well organised, with a friendly, funny guide (Dori). Bus was newish, clean and comfortable and driver (whose name we have rudely forgotten, but it started with an H) was very good on difficult roads! The timings meant we got a chance to see several villages, and we seemed less rushed than some other groups (with other tour companies). We also seemed to have both our coffee / toilet stop en route and the village of sa calobra to ourselves, without masses of other tour buses. We had a great time and would book with no frills again.
We took this trip on the 18th September 2026 with our guide, Dori. She was excellent, very knowledgeable having done the job for 27 years. It was a great way to see a lot of the island using the different modes of transport was lovely. The mountain climb and descent on the coach was an experience in itself with the excellent driver Herado. I would recommend this trip, you are a little short on time in places but it still gives you a flavour of what you might want to go back and visit.
I did this trip on Tuesday 15th September 2026 You get a Coach up through the beautiful breathtaking mountains stopping of at Monestir de Lluc, an impressive church. Then you continue down the snaking mountains to Sa calobra. Which are so beautiful and big credit to the driver Juan 'The Artist', he navigated those roads so smoothly. You get to spend an hour in Sa Calobra, a picturesque town on the seaside where you can walk through a canyon with a beautiful cove in the mountains on the other side. Then you get a boat from there to port soller where the views from the boat are also breathtaking . Tram from port soller to soller center where you can spend a little time exploring the town you then get a vintage wooden train from soller to the coach back which takes you back to Palma. Such an amazing experience. Carlos the guide was amazing, well spoken, funny, friendly and approachable.
Very enjoyable day travelling on coach, boat, tram and train, seeing parts of Majorca otherwise inaccessible. Our guide Juan made our trip so enjoyable, he entertained us and made the whole experience most enjoyable. Xisco, our driver was patient and skilled driving the mountain roads to Sa Colabra. A trip worth doing 🤩
Enjoyed it but felt too rushed. Would have liked to have spent longer in both Puerto Soller and Sa Calobra.
