We meet at the stables in Can Picafort and, before you set off, the experts will explain how to mount your horse, some basic riding tips, safety instructions and everything you need to relax and enjoy your horse riding experience to the fullest. You and your horse will ride along trails through a pine forest and along the sand the Son Baulo area, where there are also wonderful views of the Bay of Alcudia.
The horses know the route perfectly and are used to riders with little or no experience. Therefore, you should not worry, even if this is your first time horse riding.

The horses were pretty calm, they knew the trail, so there was no need for the rain, which is obviously a benefit for beginners. I was riding with my 5 yo(11kg) niece , we both are quite small and had experience in riding, the only issue was that we didnt fit in the saddle together easily, so trotting could be a challenge if you’re a beginner with a child on the same horse(which was not the case this time, i could hold the front of the saddle with one hand so she couldn’t fall forward). The description could be a little misleading, because there was no chance to see the beach, we only got to ride in the pine forest. Also there could be more opportunities to take photos. On the whole, it was a really nice active program on our vacation, 1 hour is perfect for children, had the best sleep after it😊
This was my first time on a horse. After initially feeling terrified I gradually started getting more comfortable with the horse. Horses seem well looked after and guide was really nice giving instructions when needed.
Wir hatten als Familie eine super Zeit! Mein Mann und meine 7-jährige Tochter sind ohne Reiterfahrung selbst geritten, das ging für beide gut. Ich habe Reiterfahrung und habe meinen 3-jährigen Sohn mit vor mich auf den Sattel genommen. Das hat ihm gefallen, viel länger als die 1h hätte er allerdings dann auch nicht durchgehalten, da es langsam unbequem wurde zu zweit auf dem Sattel (besonders im Trab). Hier wäre für uns vielleicht ein Longiergurt mit Schabracke besser gewesen. Die Pferde stehen jedoch alle schon gesattelt und aufgezäumt parat. Daran ist dann wohl nichts zu machen. Da ist alles zeitlich durchgetaktet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und spricht teilweise auch deutsch. Der Pickup am Hotel hat gut geklappt, allerdings ohne Kindersitze im Kleinbus. Für unsere große ging das, der Kleine war dann auf dem Schoß. Insgesamt würde ich es definitiv wieder machen und kann es weiterempfehlen.
Peaceful and fun. The one hour ride doesn't go on the beach- so the advert here is misleading. Was disappointed to just walk through the forest.

Lovely experience, trekking on horse back through the trails near alcudia. Managers at the ranch very helpful and nice. Would have been nice to actually ride horse on the beach as advertised. Was very thirsty after the trek ranch should sell drinks for guests.
An absolutely brilliant experience. We'd never ridden before but the staff and the horses gave us such confidence that we were trotting through the forest and meadows with ease.
Wir hatten keine Erfahrungen im Reiten und dachten die einstündige Tour wäre genau die richtige Gelegenheit. Wir wurden am Hotel abgeholt und wurden zur Ranch gebracht. Die Fahrerin war sehr lieb und sprach auch Deutsch. Der Rancher sprach eher gebrochen Deutsch und ist eine Persönlichkeit, mit der man klar kommen muss. Seine Art ist sehr derb und wirkt unfreundlich. Die Basics fürs Reoten werden an einem Beispielteilnehmer gezeigt. In unserem Fall war es ein Kind, welches den Rancher kaum verstanden hat und vom Rancher vorgeführt wurde. Der Rancher hat dem Kind auf den Po geklapst, um zu zeigen, dass es aufstehen sollte. Der anschließende Ritt durch die Natur war sehr schön und hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Eine Mitarbeiterin der Ranch ist vorne weg geritten und hat darauf geachtet, dass alle beisammen bleiben. Die Tiere waren sehr zutraulich und brav. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Einen Stern Abzug für das unangebrachte Verhalten des Ranchers
Had a lovely hack through trees to the beach with my 7 year old daughter today. The staff are firm and direct but are clearly on a strict schedule. They looked after my daughter who hadn’t ridden before and checked on her when were I wasn’t close during the ride. I would say the terrain is uneven and there is quite a bit of trotting, which made me nervous for her but she loved it. My daughters review was that it was REALLY good and she now thinks she’s a professional rider! 30/09/2024
Fantastic experience The owner is an absolute star Clearly extremely knowledgeable and devoted to his horses Staff who led our three hour beach ride were skilled, knowledgeable, kind and also very funny We were the most mixed group you could possibly imagine.
