  The best! We booked many tours on our first visit to Spain. Madrid, Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada, Barcelona and Mallorca, and our No Frills Tour with Pedro was the best of them all. A customized sunset tour of Pollenca & Formentor was the perfect way to bid adios to our favorite province in all of Spain and perhaps the world. Mallorca is an incredible paradise, and NoFrills Excursions made the final day the sweetest kiss goodbye. Although it was not one of their featured tours, I enquired about the possibility of a customized sunset tour beginning in Alcudia and to include Pollentia, Mirador es Colomer, Albercutx Watchtower and Cap Formentor. NoFrills put together a custom itinerary for 3 people in March at a fair price, and it was the highlight of our visit to Spain. I cannot say enough about Pedro! A local of 50 years on the island, he navigated the hairpin turns of Formentor with the dexterity that only a long-time local dirver can, He guided us, explained the history of the sites and prepared a Cava (Spanish Champagne) and strawberry sunset toast for us. The roads above Mirador es Colomer close in May, so if you want to see Albercutx and Cap Formetor at sunset, you should book before the high season. No matter when you book, I recommend NoFrills Excusrions for their excellent communication and execution. They communicate very well on WhatsApp and email. There were not hiccups, and the entire experience was like clockwork. If you have the chance, ask for Pedro to be your guide. He is delightful in every way.

  We would highly recommend this trip, great value for money . Pedro our driver and guide is a lovely guy, very friendly and informative. Collection was arranged via Whatts app and Pedro turned up exactly as arranged. The trip was perfectly timed and we made it to the lighthouse to watch the beautiful sunset after three other stops to be able to make the most of the special views. We felt in safe hands as the minibus winded it’s way up and down the hair pin bends whilst avoiding multiple cyclists . Everyone’s comfort and needs were met including those of an elderly gentleman with mobility issues , step provided for easier access in and out of minibus . Thank you for a really lovely evening ,

  I’d been a little hesitant about whether the trip would be worth 100EUR for the two of us, but i would say now that i’m so glad we decided to go and that it really was! Formentor is a really beautiful place and it was lovely to be able to relax and experience it fully, with someone else doing the driving and also giving us extra interesting information about the area. Even though our actual sunset was waylaid by the clouds a bit, it was a real treat to then just chill in such a lovely environment and enjoy a glass (and top up!) of cava while watching the changing light on the scenery. If i’d been one of those other people there at the same time i’d definitely have been jealous of our small group with their cava and strawberries! I also really appreciated that due to it being so windy at the watchtower our driver Pedro gave us the option of watching the sunset from the lighthouse instead. This meant we got to see even more of the stunning peninsula and also enjoyed our sunset drinks in a more comfortable (though still a little breezy!) environment! Thank you for a very memorable final evening in Mallorca!

  Just had our No Frills Formentor sunset tour. Feel very privileged to have experienced it - made all the more possible by Pedro our driver who was so helpful to someone who (though not disabled) is very unfit. Pedro, you're a gent - and a strong one at that. The prosecco was in proper glasses and chilled - and plates of strawberries passes around. Very, very civilised. The setting of the sun was met with a spontaneous hush. It was beautiful. Not an experience we'd have had, we're it not for No Frills Excursions. Thank you so much ☺️

  Fabulous tour! I would highly recommend. Great viewpoints to see the sunset and get some amazing photos. Pedro was our fantastic driver/guide. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would totally recommend No Frills Excursions. I booked 3 excursions with them this week and loved them all.

  What a fantastic evening. Pedro was such a friendly and informative man . We learned so much of the history and wild life of the Island from him. The sunset views were stunning even more so when accompanied by strawberries and champagne.! Pedro’s driving on the steep route was exemplary too !

  I think this trip is where Majorca stole my heart. Its breathtaking! We booked this for our last night there and we had done the sunrise dolphin trip that same day so it seemed fitting to watch the sun gown as well. Our host was Seamus who gave us a lot of insight into life on the island and told us all about the areas we were going to be visiting. Formentor is a stunning place and the trip to the beach was picturesque. We were a group of 8 and the youngest is 13 so I wasn't sure how the kids would like it but they all had a really great time (even the eldest who is terrified of heights) When we reached the final stop at the watchtower Seamus popped open the Cava and dished out the strawberries (non-alcoholic drinks for the kids) and we sat and watched the most beautiful sunset. I can honestly say that after going on the dolphin trip that morning to then watching the sunset in the mountains that it was by far my favourite day. If you are looking for something to do please consider this trip, you absolutely wont regret it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

  Did this sunset trip last week, firstly Pedro is outstanding guide very knowledgable about Alucudia he showed us lots of places of interest along the way, telling us about the history of Alucudia. When up in the mountains the sunset is breathtaking best experience ever, and the Champage and Strawberries was perfect, we had lots of time to take in this beautiful sunset, never once did we feel rushed, keep doing the sunsets Pedro thanks for taking us up for that amazing experience
