This is a full day tour on which you will discover some of the most beautiful spots of Mallorca, with free time in Valldemossa, Puerto Soller and Soller Old Town. Discover a different Mallorca with our official guide who will give you great information about the places you are visiting. And step back in time as you trundle through the orange groves and along the seafront on the Soller tram.
In the first place we visit Valldemossa, considered one of the most unspolit towns in Mallorca, where you will have about 90 minutes to explore. There are many things to do in Valldemossa:
- Walk its charming old streets
- Visit the Valldemossa Cartusian Monastery
- Follow the steps of the famous composer Chopin, visiting where he lived
- Taste the typical "coca de patatas", a sweet bun typical from Valldemossa
The next part of the Valldemossa and Soller tour is a picturesque coach ride to Soller, following a unique mountain route with coastal views, taking you through the beautiful villages and hamlets of Deia and Llucalcari, while your guide relates the stories of artists and famous people who have fallen in love with this part of Mallorca, such as Robert Graves, Michael Douglas and the Archduke Luis Salvador from Austria.
In Soller you will have about 90 minutes' free time to stroll around the town square with its modernist buildings, incredible church and pretty bars and cafes. We recommend you visit the exhibition of Picaso ceramics and Miro engravings inside the old Soller train station, take a refreshing natural orange juice made from oranges from the Soller Valley, stroll through charming narrow lanes or enjoy a nice lunch at the square, while enjoying of the special charm of this unique town.
Included in your tour of Valldemossa and Soller is a ride on Mallorca's only tram, built in 1913, which on a scenic 25-minute ride will take you to the Port of Soller. The best way to end our excursion is with a visit to Puerto de Soller. In the Port of Soller we enjoy a little time to take a walk through the fishing port watching the fishing boats, the typical “llauts” and approaching the Santa Catalina viewpoint from where you can contemplate some of the best views of this port.
Your coach will be waiting for you in Puerto de Soller and, after your visit, we will take you back to your resort.

Had a great trip yesterday to Valdemossa and Soller with a lovely group of people. Our guide Katy made the trip so enjoyable . She was professional, knowledgable and very funny. Jon our driver was brilliant, navigating the mountain roads and very sharp bends. Both destinations are well worth visiting
Most enjoyable trip with Juan our guide and our very capable driver Tolo. Juan was informative about the Island and places we were visiting. All told with a bit of humour thrown in. Would highly recommend this trip with No Frills. Good timings at each stop. Everyone returned on time. A really excellent day out. A big applause for Juan and Tolo.
Fantastic day in the most beautiful countryside, villages and port. Our driver Jesus and your guide, Jeannine, were exceptional. Pick ups were prompt, all pick up times and meeting points were explained thoroughly, and Jeannine was the perfect your host. Negotiating the mountain roads, hairpin bends and oncoming traffic was no easy feat, but I felt totally safe with Jesus driving. I would love to do this tour again if I ever return to Majorca. It was fabulous.
Our Guide Juan was so funny and very informative. The tour was excellent with just the right amount of time in each location and David our driver did an excellent job of negotiating the coach around the mountain roads.

A long day but a very worthwhile day. Katerina was an excellent guide, very informative and with a great sense of humour. A great idea to have a comfort break at the Outlet shopping centre before heading to Valldemossa. Plenty of time to see Valldemossa with helpful tips from Katerina to what to see. On to Soller where again there was enough time to look around and have a bite to eat. Katerina gave us very clear instructions as to timings for the tram. Lovely tram journey to Port de Soller and time to walk around. Very skillful driver in Francisco who safely drove us through the mountains. Thank you to both Katerina and Francisco for a lovely day and smooth journey.
A first rate day trip, our excellent tour guide Dori and driver ( sorry I can’t remember his name) were both very helpful. Dori gave us information not just about arrangements for the trip but was extremely knowledgeable about the areas visited and the history of each destination. She was also able to explain the agricultural development of the regions we passed through. All in all a very memorable day.

Thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Our guide, Jeanne, and driver, Fernando, were both great. Valldemosa is beautiful and the scenery on the mountain roads is spectacular.
