Join us at Nofrills Excursions on our unique full day trip to the valley of Soller and Valldemossa.
This trip will take us first to Valldemossa, where you can stroll through the peaceful cobbled streets or relax and enjoy a coffee while you devour one of the local delicacies such as the 'coca de patatas' (small potato-based sponge cake) as at this time of the day we usually have the charming town to ourselves. You can join our guide for a relaxed walk around the streets or visit at your own pace the Carthusian Monastery and the famous composer Chopin's House (entrances are not included in the price).
After Valldemossa, we board the coach for a delightful sightseeing ride through the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range which has been named world heritage site and is protected by UNESCO. We will pass the picturesque towns of Llucalcari and Deia. Have your camera ready, as our next stop is the pretty town of Soller.
The spectacular Valley of Soller is famous for its splendid orange and lemon groves, as well as its quaint, original tram ride, which is included in the price. Visiting these areas will allow you to discover the island's most natural beauty, making you fall in love with the precious landscapes you will be witnessing throughout the day.
We will arrive in Soller Valley at around 13:30. First we will visit the old village of Soller where you can take a pleasant walk to see the most important landmarks of the village such as the main square, Can Prunera Museum, Soller's modernist-style bank, the church of Soller and many more interesting places. If you like art, you can also have a look at the Picasso Ceramic Museum. We will be staying in Soller for about 90 minutes and there will be enough time for lunch (not included). In the town of Soller you will find a wide range of cafes and restaurants where you can eat anything from typical Mallorcan dishes, a menu of the day or just a quick bite.
You will also have time to relax in Soller as you enjoy an orange juice or an orange ice cream both a must in this valley famous for its delicious oranges.
At around 15:00 we will take the tram to go to Port of Soller, the tram ride takes about 25 minutes.
In the Port of Soller you will have about one hour free time so that you can stroll around and explore this charming natural port and, after visiting this place, our coach will take us back to resorts.
Reviews for the Valldemossa and Soller tour
Being a disabled person i found that there was too much sitting on the coach and when we did stop there was quite a lot of walking involved which was tricky with a walking frame. You definitely needed more time at each stop, port Soller was beautiful but we only had about 40 minutes there, I would have preferred to have longer here for lunch etc instead of time in Soller with a tram ride
We had a lovely day. Learned a lot about Mallorca from Katalina. She, and the bus driver, were both superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our day.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Catalonia was so professional and brilliant at what she does. She made the trip very interesting and fun. We were in safe hands with our driver Miguel. Valdemossa and Soller are beautiful towns and we'll worth a visit. The tram ride and Port de Soller were enjoyable too.
Well organised and perfectly timed trip to 3 beautiful towns. Informative tour guide and very good coach driver. A tip for coach seats - sit on driver’s side for the best views from Valldemossa to Sóller.
Hello I am looking for private tour of palma de majoca and valldemosa for a party of 39 in may 2026.
Cati our rep was really great very informative and jolly kept us entertained throughout. The time was about right any more it would be too tiring. I’m glad I wasn’t driving Sebastian our driver was brilliant.
Really enjoyed the whole day. Luis led the trip being informative and entertaining all day. Would definitely recommend! A great way to see more of Majorca!
A really impressive and simple to use online booking service but also a real person replied to an email request to change our day trip within minutes. Very well organised. Luis, our guide, was kind, enthusiastic and funny. Our driver coped with some very demanding roads in the mountains with great attention. The scenery and trip on the Soller tram was well worth the cost.
We really enjoyed this trip led by Katalina. Bus was on time at the pick-up place; the ride was smooth with the experienced driver navigating us through narrow and winding roads. Katalina gave us interesting information about the country, the nature and it's people. The stop in Valdemossa was great (wonderful town with flower filled narrow streets). The ride through the mountain via Deia to Soller was spectacular; in Soller we had time to see the cathedral and to enjoy the "must-have" Soller bomb et El Petit Cafe; from there you could watch the tram passing by the Cathedral. Before entering the pre-arranged tram to Port of Soller we visited the Picasso and Miro gallery in the tram station. Port of Soller (although a nice spot) was a bit of disappointment to us as there wasn't anything to see or explore despite the beach section. All in all, a very nice and enjoyable trip which got us away from the sandy beach. I would recommend this trip
A really wonderful day. Packed full with beautiful places to visit. Thank you.
