On this Aqualand Mallorca excursion, we will pick you up from your resort in the north of the island between approximately 09:30 and 10:15. Once everyone is on board, we travel directly to Aqualand Arenal, with a journey time of around one hour and an expected arrival at the park between 11:00 and 11:15.
After arrival, you will enjoy several hours of free time inside Aqualand Arenal, giving you the chance to explore the park at your own pace, enjoy the slides and relax in the pool areas. We stay at the water park until the late afternoon, leaving around 17:00, before returning you comfortably to your resort.

My visit to Aqualand S’Arenal yesterday was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any waterpark, and I’ve been to several across Mallorca and Corfu. This place is run‑down, unsafe, and nowhere near the standard it advertises. I regret not checking trip advisor beforehand- seeing some of the shocking reviews left and experiences people have had- I would not have booked this. The park is in a shocking state of neglect. Slides are covered in black mould, paint is peeling off in sheets, and rust is visible on multiple metal structures. Some railings are broken, with support poles snapped at the base — genuinely dangerous. Large areas of flooring are either crumbling, filthy, or coated in a blinding, slippery resin that feels unsafe to walk on. Bird droppings were left smeared across walkways with no attempt to clean them. Despite the park being almost empty, there were barely any normal rings or boards available. Most were fast‑track only, clearly designed to push guests into paying an extra €20 for no reason. There were no queues, yet equipment was withheld. It felt manipulative and dishonest. To make things worse, the park had active construction work happening. We arrived to loud pneumatic drilling — not just noise, but visible construction inside a supposedly open waterpark. Only after complaining did the drilling stop, which tells me staff knew it shouldn’t have been happening in the first place. Safety supervision was poor. One staircase had two slides but only one lifeguard, which is unacceptable. Several lifeguards were rude, shouting at guests who approached fast‑track equipment simply because they were trying to find a normal ring. Staff attitude overall was dismissive and unprofessional. When concerns were raised, the response was basically “If you don’t like it, leave.” The only areas that looked remotely maintained were the small children’s zones. Everything else felt dilapidated, dirty, and neglected. We visited through a No Frills excursion, meaning we were stuck there all day unless we paid for a taxi. Even after showing photos of the hazards, we were told no refund would be given because the park was “open.” The fact that this place is allowed to operate in its current condition is worrying. I left feeling unsafe, disappointed, and honestly angry. Aqualand S’Arenal is not being maintained to a safe or acceptable standard. I would strongly advise avoiding this park until serious repairs, cleaning, and staff training are carried out. The only positive was Katharina, our guide, who could only pass on the dismissal from Aqualand management but was so friendly, funny and engaging with everyone on the journey to and from the park.

Clear instructions for pick up location and times. Pickup point was easy to find. Bus was very comfortable, it was brand new and air conditioned. Adequate time at the waterpark. Our guide Juan was fantastic and friendly and our driver Lolo drove very well. My 16 year old and I would definitely recommend this trip.
Very good from start to finish. Coach was slightly earlier at meeting point which meant we got away sooner. The journey was just over 1 hour. Aqualand was really impressive and not so busy so, much better to get around the park. Juan, our tour guide was a super friendly nice chap and gave useful instructions and some historic information during the trip. Also the coach driver, I think his name was ‘LoLo’, was a real nice guy. I would definitely recommend this trip and company. Thanks for a great day!
Booking through NoFrills Excursions made our trip to the island's largest water park incredibly easy and convenient. From the moment we received our two confirmation emails with the precise pickup location, we knew we were in safe hands with an experienced team. The guide on board the bus was very nice and gave us some excellent practical tips, like reminding us we could bring our own food and recommending the lockers for our valuables. We got to experience all the major attractions, from the relaxing Congo River to the fast-paced Crazy Race, and still had time to grab some snacks before the coach picked us up at 17:00. I booked this excursion for my husband and our two small children because we wanted a family-friendly day out during our holiday. The coach driver and our guide were incredibly nice, helping us with our bags and explaining exactly how the day would work so we had absolutely zero worries. The kids spent hours safely splashing around in Adventureland and Dragoland while we enjoyed the spacious pool areas. Having our entrance tickets and travel insurance all bundled into one price makes this excellent value for money.
As a senior traveler accompanying my family, I was very pleased with how smoothly the entire day was run. The air-conditioned coach was exceptionally comfortable, and having a sunbed included for every two adults was a fantastic, thoughtful touch that allowed us to relax comfortably by the wave pools. It is a wonderful local company that truly understands how to organize a relaxing family day.
My friends and I wanted a thrill-filled day without dealing with local traffic, so this water park trip was ideal for us as young travelers. The coach picked us up right after breakfast and took us straight to El Arenal, giving us a solid 5 hours to try all the high-adrenaline slides like Anaconda and Banzai. It's a highly commendable choice if you want maximum fun with zero transport hassle.
Had an absolute blast racing down the Kamikaze slide! It was such a fun day out and completely stress-free from start to finish.
A great day out! Picked up exactly on time by a friendly driver and plenty of room on the coach. The waterpark is brilliant for all ages. Loads to do for my 8 and 5 year old. Clear communication on pick up location and time, and a smooth journey home.
