Our day starts at 09:30-10:00 when we pick you up close to your hotel by coach. Then we drive to Palma Aquarium, one of the biggest and most attractive aquariums in Europe with many different areas where you can discover marine life and its inhabitants.
Explore the wonders of the Mediterranean Sea as you discover the beauty of living coral reefs. Escape to the tranquility of the hidden jungle's streams. Voyage through the depths of the sea and be amazed by the wonderful vibrantly coloured tropical fish and sea creatures. Be terrified by the huge sharks which will be swimming above your head as you walk through the tunnel in the Big Blue at Majorca Aquarium.
The littles ones (and some of the adults) will be thrilled with the touch pool aquarium where they can get up close and personal with the resident carps. Another highlight of the day will be the animals' feeding time as you will be able to witness the feeding of the turtles, sea rays and the hammerhead sharks which live in the Big Blue, Europe's deepest and most impressive shark tank.
There’s also an entertainment team at this Majorca Aquarium, who will, without a doubt, keep the kids amused. There's an authentic pirate ship and kids' play area with water fountains to cool off in while they play.
Palma Aquarium Majorca Customer Reviews
We were immediately quite disappointed. When I asked them specifically how long it would take, they didn’t answer. We were the first to be picked up, and it then took over half an hour before we were on our way. So, in principle, we didn’t save any time compared to the regular bus. It was a real setback because we thought we were buying ourselves a bit of extra time while avoiding a rental car. In retrospect, we should have just rented a car. Otherwise, it’s an advantage that the bus has AC, but it still feels like a bit of a scam—especially since they avoided answering how long it would take. The schedule states departure between 09:30 and 10:15, so when we had to be there at 10:05, we assumed it was towards the end. But we were still picking up people at 10:40. The same thing happened at departure, they were wery spesific when that said that the bus would be leaving at 1600. When we arrived at 15:57 they made it a point that they were waiting for us, but they were waiting for someone else. We didn't leave until 16:10. Other than that, the staff were friendly and everything, so that’s why I’m giving it **3/5** ----> NOFRILLS EXCURSIONS RESPONSE: Thank you for your review, Roy. We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed, but we’d like to clarify a few points that seem a bit inaccurate. When guests ask about timings, we are always happy to explain. It’s quite unlikely that we didn’t respond — our team is trained to provide clear information. Additionally, we’ve checked our GPS records, and no buses were still picking up passengers at 10:40. All vehicles had left the resorts well before that time and were arriving at the Aquarium around 11:10–11:15, as scheduled. You also mentioned the idea of taking the public bus to the Aquarium. For accuracy: there is no direct line. You would need to travel first to Palma, then take a second bus to the Aquarium — which typically takes much longer and often involves crowded, less comfortable connections, especially in high season. As for the return: the bus was not waiting specifically for you, but for another delayed guest, which may have caused some confusion. We always aim to be punctual but also to accommodate small delays fairly, within reason.
Katharina was our guide for the day. She was amazing, speaks fluently in three different languages, and knows a lot of facts about the island. The cave was really nice, but our personal highlight was Katharina.
We had a family trip from Alcudia to the aquarium. The trip was well run and punctual. Our host Katrina was lovely and very helpful. Easy to book and quick to send the pick up details. Would use the again.
Very good visit. Thank you.
Great day out and great friendly service and transfer would recommend no frills
Brilliant day out. Best aquarium we have been to nothing like one in the uk glass bottom boat worth the money. Longer would be more ideal. 2 adults 2 children aged 7 and 5 they loved it
The aquarium was a fantastic day out would highly recommend, we went on the glass bottom boat which was amazing, the 3d cinema was really good too. The main issues for me was the bus we weren't collected till 15 minutes after the time given I have 2 children with asd which makes this that much harder trying to explain, the bus had a damp smell, the a/c didn't work properly and there was cold water dripping onto one of us on the bus, I got photos taken at the aquarium I'm so pleased with them but the water dripped onto them,
We want to know what you think
