This was the best experience for our family: the bus was convenient and air conditioned, we got to have the pearl factory experience, and the caves tour was unparalleled. Our tour guide was amazing! She was wonderful and knowledgeable and an absolute gem of a person, we so greatly appreciated learning the history of the areas the bus drove through on the way to the caves. Highly recommended to take this route and save yourself some driving, you'll learn and see more on the tour!
What a fantastic and well organised trip! We had a small issue when we booked it and our pick up point was set to Palma me we were staying in Magaluf. A quick WhatsApp and email and this soon got corrected for us with a pickup 10 min from our hotel. Pick up was easy and our name was called out as there was a lot of other people waiting for differing pick ups. Bus was comfortable and clean. Bruno our tour guide was brilliant - great communicator in 5 different languages on the day! Gave us great information about the areas we travelled through and the caves that we visited. The caves are amazing although it does get a little crowded in the entrance - you are best on moving down the cave where the space does open up. The concert on the lake is stunning. Our two boys aged 8 and 11 loved it! Plenty of photo opportunities on the walk down the cave to the lake. It does feel a little rushed and large volumes of people being hurried through at times - but the spectacle of the caves make it worthwhile.
Pick up experience was a bit chaotic with everyone jumping to try to find which bus they were meant to join. Rest of the tour was great and on time. The caves are very much worth the visit

This Caves of Drach tour from Palma was one of the highlights of our Mallorca holiday. Everything was perfectly organised, from the pickup in Palma to the skip-the-line entrance. The caves themselves are absolutely stunning, and the classical music concert on Lake Martel creates a magical atmosphere you won’t forget. The boat ride inside the caves was included and very well managed. If you want to visit the Caves of Drach without stress, queues or planning headaches, this half-day tour is the best option.
Customer service was great. Please remove yourself from the search bar of boat trips on get your guide. This is not a boat trip. It was not a 15 minutes boat ride, it was 5 minutes to the exit

We did not know that the tour would be in 3 languages, we thought we signed up for the English one. Our tour guide Mariana was freaking out when upon arrival to the caves we wanted to use the bathrooms - that was not really professional from her. It should have been organized better to arrive 10-15 mins before the tour starts so that there is time for everyone to use bathroom, buy refreshments.
