This Caves of Drach tour from Palma was one of the highlights of our Mallorca holiday. Everything was perfectly organised, from the pickup in Palma to the skip-the-line entrance. The caves themselves are absolutely stunning, and the classical music concert on Lake Martel creates a magical atmosphere you won’t forget. We did not know that the tour would be in 3 languages, we thought we signed up for the English one. Our tour guide Mariana was freaking out when upon arrival to the caves we wanted to use the bathrooms - that was not really professional from her. It should have been organized better to arrive 10-15 mins before the tour starts so that there is time for everyone to use bathroom, buy refreshments.

I think that the length of the tour was about right, maximum 5 hours. Caves of Drach were spectacular and having a live Classical Music concert was amazing. Great tour

Positive: The caves are big and beautiful and really impressive. The temperature is pleasant. It is not cold like in the other caves we have visited so far. The highlight is the live music concert. The musicians play classical music on a boat. Thanks to the acoustics and lighting, the concert is really beautiful and magical. Negative: The experience is geared towards mass tourism. Suddenly around 400 people are allowed in per hour. You feel this crowd.... but the organization of the tour was faultless
