While on holiday you should never have to compromise, that's why we have added this outing to our selection of excursions. This half day excursion to the Caves of Drach has been especially thought out for those who simply don’t want to miss out on the opportunity of visiting the spectacular Porto Cristo Caves of Drach but have limited time on the island or would just rather spend the afternoon relaxing at the pool soaking up the sun.
Once we have everybody on board our air conditioned coach, we will make our way inland and drive through the beautiful countryside towards the East Coast, where the Caves of Drach are located and where you will live an experience to cherish.
The visit inside the Caves of Drach has a duration of approximately 80 minutes. You will follow the route through the caves, marvelling as each cavern is bigger than the last and more impressive as you progress. The highlight of your visit will be the classical music concert inside the Caves of Drach and crossing Lake Martel's spectacular waters in a small wooden boat (optional). This boat ride is a unique once in a lifetime experience and is included in the price. Lake Martel is one of the largest subterranean lakes that exist. During the visit you will also witness a magical light show that recreates the sunrise.
On this half day excursion you will also have the opportunity to visit the world famous Majorica Pearls and purchase gifts or simply treat yourself at special prices, as there is a shop from this iconic Mallorcan establishment right by the Caves of Drach. The visit to Majorica Pearls is completely optional. Then it will be time to get back on the coach to return to resort, giving you plenty of time to relax by the swimming pool or head to the beach to enjoy the rest of the day's sun rays.

We went on the Caves of Drach tour, and it was perfectly organised from booking to the event. I had to rearrange, and it was handled so efficiently. Lovely air conditioned coach, incredibly convenient pick up spot, and great info on the way. The tour was explained fully, with handy tips of how to get the best out of the trip. Such a great experience, would highly recommend.
The tour was well-organized with plenty of practical information provided. A huge number of people enter the cave, but it doesn't feel crowded along the walking path. The only bottleneck happens at the final stage when everyone gathers in the amphitheater. People sitting in the upper rows stand almost no chance of getting on the boat ride across the lake. However, the boat ride itself lasts only a minute or two, so it's debatable whether it's even worth the wait. After exiting the cave, there is a large fast-food restaurant and several smaller food outlets. When booking this tour, keep in mind that the main attractions are a 40-minute self-guided walk, a 10-minute concert, and potentially the boat ride. Inside the cave, it actually feels quite warm due to the high humidity, even though the official temperature is 18°C.
We had a fantastic experience visiting the Drach Caves. No Frills Excursions were great from start to finish, with clear instructions at every stage, making everything easy and stress-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really added to the overall experience. The caves themselves are absolutely breathtaking, and the visit was very well managed despite the number of people. A wonderful attraction that is definitely worth visiting while in Mallorca. Highly recommended!

Der Ausflug an sich war gut, alles zeitlich sehr stark durchgetacktet. Die Höhlen an sich eher auf Amssentourismus ausgelegt. Was schade ist/ war, dass wir als Abholort Can Picafort gewählt haben, da auch hier unser Hotel war. Einen Tag vorher dann die Nachricht, dass wir dort nicht abgeholt werden können und nur im Nachbarort. Also hinlaufenmit einem kleinen Kind. Der Ausweichtermin einen Tag später war wegen unserer Abreise nicht möglich. Der Bus dann dementsprechend voll und wir mussten alle getrennt sitzen. Auch das Kind, weil keiner der anderen Gäste Platz machen wollte. War dann eher blöd...
The trip was well organised, communication was clear and relevant. On the day the rep provided clear instructions and was humorous along the journey to the caves. We enjoyed the caves and listening to the concert inside. Porto Cristo looks very nice, its worth considering a full day trip if you want to spend more time there.
We went to the wrong pick up point but the nofrills excursions were fantastic and managed to get us on at another point. Lovely day at the caves thank you
