Excellent tour, the guide's language skills were impressive - speaking 3 languages at a time for our group. The journey was smooth, with points of interest noted on the way by our friendly tour guide. We got picked up at 9.25 at Alcudia Bay and arrived about 10.50, so expect about an hour and a half from their including other hotel pick ups. This is pretty standard for a tour, ignore comments below complaining about it not being direct. The Caves are stunning and the musical concert is not to be missed, could have spent hours looking at all the detail. Definitely recommend queuing for the boats, it doesn't take as long as it looks at first. Good food and drink facilities at the Cave exit too.

Bus arrived right on time. Guide was very friendly, accommodating to all languages and shared some interesting facts throughout the journey. Caves are well worth a visit. A lot of walking and queuing but it passes quickly. Boat ride and concert were good, but short.

Really worthwhile trip and good value. Rafa was a careful driver and Angela was an excellent guide with amazing language skills. There were lots of pick-ups, and the journey from the first Port a Pollenca point was about an hour and a half. The caves are fascinating: very extensive, well lit, and very well organised. The concert on the lake is a truly magical experience. On exiting the caves, there’s a good restaurant and bar, and clean toilets. Thoroughly recommended excursion.

A lovely excursion not to be missed. The coach pick up and drop off was on time. The orchestra /boat was beautiful, along with the amazing scenery throughout.

Pick up at our hotel good. Nice comfortable coach. Completely unnecessary stop off at the pearl factory which we didn’t book and neither did anyone else on our coach. This was only a few hundred yards from the caves so would have been better to go straight to caves. Caves themselves were amazing. A must see if you’re in Mallorca. Easy to walk the route via steps. Plenty of opportunities for photos but no flash allowed. Mini concert fantastic and eerie on the underground lake. Good toilet facilities outside. Clean. Hotdog stand and pizza stand for lunch or small selection of sandwiches in cafe. Overall a very good tour and well worth it but Dutch the pearl shop.

The Guide and Driver were excellent. However we spent over 2 hours on the double decker coach to get to Porto Cristo and about 1 hour 40 minutes on the return. So many pick ups and drop offs. This left less than 3 hours at the Pearl Factory and the Caves. Too long a journey for the time there. Some time in Porto Cristo would have been good. Also I wonder if it would be an idea to include the Rafa Academy in some of the trips. I would have loved that opportunity.

Hi, the caves are great but we had pick up and drop off at Puerto Pollensa and it took about 6 hours in total. Would have been nice if we were picked up first, dropped off first to share the burden of the time for the Alcudia pickups.

Normally when we have booked excursions in other countries they have an itenery so you have an idea of the day etc. I don't remember seeing one for this excursion or perhaps I missed it, as I did not expect to be stuck on a coach for 4.5 hours. We got picked up at 9 and the caves were a 40 min drive away, or they would be if we didn't have to stop at every single hotel on the way. Arrived at the 'Pearl factory' and i was a bit disappointed, I should probably have managed my expectations but I expected to see them growing the pearls etc, when in fact it was just a massive shop where they're trying to sell you pearls. Went to the caves at 12 until 1. You go in with hundreds of other people and look around, the concert was really impressive. It was then what can only be described as chaos as everyone stampeded to do the boat ride. Then had the 2.5 drive back. The tour guide was very friendly and informative. But i think it needs to be clear that the Pearl factory is just a shop and you will be on a coach for most the day.

Had an amazing experience going to the caves of drach. What a beautiful place to experience. I would encourage anyone to go on this to tour to see this. Also, the coach staff were very friendly and the commentary was informative and enjoyable. 10/10!

The pick up and drop off were fine and the member of staff on board was friendly. We enjoyed the Caves of Drach. We didn’t enjoy the 45 minute stop at a pearl factory shop. I would have much preferred a slightly shorter excursion instead.
