This Blue Cave and Llevant Natural Park boat tour in Mallorca is designed as a complete coastal adventure that combines scenic sailing, snorkelling, sea cave exploration and swimming stops in some of the island’s most unspoilt areas. The experience lasts approximately 3 hours and takes place on a comfortable boat with a small group size, allowing for a relaxed and personal atmosphere throughout the trip.
The tour begins in Port of Alcudia, sailing along the rugged coastline towards the Llevant Natural Park. During the first part of the journey, you will enjoy panoramic views of wild beaches, cliffs and turquoise waters as the captain explains key points of interest along the route. The pace is unhurried, giving you time to enjoy the scenery and take photos as you move away from the busier areas of the bay.
One of the main highlights is the visit to the Blue Cave, where you will have the opportunity to swim and snorkel inside the cave, weather and sea conditions permitting. The light reflecting off the water creates striking blue tones, making this a truly unique experience. The crew will provide snorkelling equipment and clear instructions, ensuring that even first-time snorkellers feel confident and safe.
The adventure continues with exploration of additional sea caves, such as Pirates Cove, where the boat navigates deep into the cave formations, offering a close-up view of Mallorca’s dramatic coastal geology. You will also stop at secluded coves like Es Caló, where you can swim in crystal-clear waters, relax on board or use the paddle boards provided.
Throughout the excursion, the local captain and experienced crew ensure a smooth and safe experience, adapting the route to weather conditions to guarantee the best possible stops. This combination of swimming, snorkelling, exploration and scenic cruising makes this boat tour ideal for travellers looking for an active, nature-focused and memorable experience in Mallorca, far beyond a standard sightseeing cruise.
Customer Reviews – Blue Cave Boat Trip in Mallorca
Nice crew. Nice boat. Nice swim in the cave. The snorkeling was good but not outstanding. Overall would definitely recommend this trip and this company.
My partner and I were looking for comprehensive excursions in Mallorca that went beyond standard sightseeing, and this NoFrills Excursions boat trip was exceptional. The itinerary provides a fantastic combination of dramatic coastal geology, sea cave exploration, and pristine swimming locations. The local crew and captain were extremely polite and professional, expertly adapting the route to the sea conditions and guiding us safely into the spectacular Blue Cave. All necessary gear, including snorkelling equipment and paddle boards, is completely included in the price, which represents great value for money. The return transfer from Playa de Muro was perfectly coordinated, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. We highly recommend this tour for couples seeking a well-organised, nature-focused adventure.
We booked this tour because our teenage kids wanted to try snorkelling and explore the sea caves. The free shuttle bus picked us up right from Can Picafort and took us straight to the Alcudia Maritime Station. The 3-hour route is perfect because it balances scenic sailing with active stops, and the crew provided all the snorkelling equipment on board. The kids loved the striking blue tones inside the Blue Cave and had a blast swimming in the turquoise waters at Es Caló. It is a highly recommended local company and an unforgettable excursion to do as a family.
A truly lovely and unhurried coastal adventure. The boat keeps a small group size of maximum 36 passengers, which makes for a very relaxed and personal atmosphere on board. Both the captain and the crew were wonderfully pleasant, explaining the sights along the Llevant Natural Park cliffs and making sure everyone felt safe. Excellent value for money for a 3-hour cruise.
I jumped on the 15:30 afternoon departure and it was a massive highlight of my holiday. Going deep inside Pirates Cove on the boat was wild, and they even let us use paddle boards at the Es Caló stop. The local captain and crew were incredibly nice and gave us really clear instructions for the snorkelling gear. Definitely one of the best excursions in Mallorca if you want an active day out.
Swimming inside the actual Blue Cave with NoFrills Excursions was absolute madness! The whole 3-hour trip was super chilled and getting a free transfer from our hotel made it so easy.
We nine people had a wonderful sea experience of snorkeling, SUP paddling, and boat sightseeing of some gorgeous caves of the national park. The tour guys are friendly and knowledgeable. We absolutely enjoyed it.

This Blue Cave boat trip in Mallorca was easily one of the highlights of our holiday. The combination of snorkelling, sea caves and hidden coves made it feel like a true adventure rather than a standard boat excursion. Swimming inside the Blue Cave was incredible, with colours you simply don’t see from the shore. The crew were professional and friendly, explaining each stop and making sure everyone felt comfortable in the water. The small group size made a big difference, and the paddle boards were a fun extra.
