If you are on holiday in Alcudia, this is an activity not to be missed: a two and a half hour boat trip in Alcudia Bay with swim stop. It runs every day and picks up at different piers along the beach.
Take a fantastic sea journey on our boat and admire the fascinating coves on the spectacular northern coast. We will first go around the Bay of Alcudia, and then we will head to Es Coll Baix beach, only accessible from the water, where we will anchor and make a 45-minute stop so you can enjoy a refreshing swim.

Had a lovely time on the boat trip! Only thing I would suggest is that there is the option to pay by card for the bar and snacks as I don't carry cash. Stopped off at the lovely secluded beach for a swim (I didn't partake) but it looked lovely - highly recommend for something different
Booked this trip for this morning and it was lovely - beautiful scenery, lovely weather and lots of seating. The only thing I’d mention is that it was cash only for the drinks and snacks so we had to go without but otherwise I’d recommend it to see Alcudia from a different viewpoint.
The trip is scheduled for 2 hours. Boarding was supposed to be at 10:30 in the morning, the boat arrived later, we sailed a little late at 10:45. Also keep in mind that if you board not at Port de Alcudia, but at the next stop - you will already board a crowded boat, and you will not be able to choose a good place. We sailed past one lighthouse, then stopped at the beach, where it was said that the swimming time is 15 minutes. We decided that 15 minutes is not enough for swimming, and decided not to swim, but we stood there for 30 minutes. If the boat workers had immediately said that they would stand not 15 minutes but 30, then we could have gone for a swim. After waiting 30 minutes on the beach, we were supposed to get to the second lighthouse, continuing the trip, but for some reason we went straight back and arrived at 12:15. We were very disappointed because the promise did not match reality. Also about the underwater view through the "underwater glass bottom of the boat". It's just a laugh and a disgrace. The boat has 3 windows below that are slightly larger than a vent, and they are very dirty, so even if the boat has stopped and you would like to see the underwater world - don't count on it. The result of what you can get for 28€ per person: 1:30 hours (maximum) instead of 2 hours, a boat trip by sea with one stop at the beach + swimming, (you don't know how much time you will have,)and you will sail past one lighthouse. So I don't recommend it to anyone.
Amazing experience
The trip is good for kids under 9, it isn’t 2.5 hours or a glass bottom boat. It’s glass panels in the floor and can only see out of them when the boat isn’t moving. However it was 2 hours and stopped for people to get off and have a swim if they wanted mid journey. Plenty of scenic routes that are beautiful. Hot food and snacks on board. Still enjoyed it!
The boat was large, not over busy . Would have liked some safety instructions/life jackets as we had very young children with us. That said there was quite a few staff memberss. The boat has toilets and a kitchen serving drinks /snacks /chips/burgers etc The boat has 3 floors, top floor is the sun deck First floor is the kitchen/dining area . The boat also has an area under water where you can look at the sea through 8 windows split over two sides . The boat stopped for 20 mins for a swim . Would have liked a bit longer for the price. The boat spends quite a bit of time picking up/dropping off which eats into your time on the boat All in all, we enjoyed . We paid 96 euros for 3 adults , 2 infants
Really disappointed says 2 1/2 hours at least an hour picking people up got 10 mins swim then straight back on boat to leave again then an hour dropping everyone off again a complete rip off
It was not a 2.5 hour trip as advertised, it was a 2 hour trip which actually didn’t even last the full 2 hours. You also spend over half an hour picking up and dropping off at different locations before the tour starts. Also it was not glass bottomed as advertised. It has 8 small windows downstairs, 4 either side of the boat. If you want to look through those then you can’t see the sights of the cliffs upstairs. It was not a 45 minute stop off either it was only 20. But overall we had a good time, just would have been good to have a longer swim stop as that was what we was expecting.
Really not what was described so please beware when booking. You have several stops picking up other passengers along the bay. It’s more like a boat-bus. The views are stunning and you get to see some interesting geology along the coast. You get to go to a beach according to the description however because it was busy we couldn’t go. Disappointing for a 5 year old when you had told them that is where we are going. Instead we got to be literally flung off the boat into deep waters for a swim. I was beside myself with anxiety for my 5 year old who had a life vest on but I was not convinced it was safe even with my husband who is a strong swimmer. She was happy she got to go I no for a swim but I really question the safety as there was an influx of people coming to dive off the boat and people coming back on and no one controlling the crowds - it’s a matter of time before a child drowns. Other than that the music (terrible music btw) was so loud you couldn’t hear a thing - especially the garbled announcements. We went to look at the ‘glass bottom’ - a bit of a joke to be honest. 4 little windows that you can’t see out of because there’s so much build up of algae on the glass. Overall the trip was disappointing. It’s certainly billed as exciting and it certainly was not
Overall, it was a pleasant trip with beautiful views; however, the description of the activity is quite misleading: 1. Description: "Es Coll Baix beach, where we will anchor and make a 45-minute stop so you can enjoy a refreshing swim" Reality: We did not actually go to the beach as described, only close to it, to swim for 15-20 minutes around the boat, contrary to what was promised. When I asked the staff about the 45 minute stop on the itinerary, they had no idea what I was talking about. 2. Description: "glass bottom boat and admire the sea bed with its abundant colourful fishes" Reality: It is a catamaran with a few small and dirty windows through which you can not see anything. I would suggest updating your description of the itinerary so people know what to actually expect.
