About booking with us

How does the website work?

We have created a filter option in order to find the excursions and activities that adress more to your necessities. We recommend you to use our filter option (situated on the left hand side of the screen) and select the area or resort or both where you are staying. How do I make my reservation?

Once you have selected the excursion or activity, introduce the booking details:

  • Number of adults and children
  • Date
  • Hotel

Then we will show you a summary what you are reserving and it will take you to the payment page.

What is the child age?

We consider child age from 3- 12 years old.

Do the babies pay?

We consider babies under 3 years old, and they are free of charge. Note that they will have to sit on parents' knee on the excursion coaches.

How do I pay?

Once you have confirmed your excursion or activity, you will be taken to the payment page of our bank where you introduce your credit card details. See more details about payment

What happens after booking and having paid?

Your e-ticket will be e-mailed to you and you will need to print it and present it on the day of the excursion as proof that you have booked your excursion. On your e-ticket will be a unique booking reference which corresponds only to your booking. Shortly after receiving your e-ticket you will receive another e-mail confirming the pick-up time and point for your excursion.

How do I know my booking has been accepted?

Our website is very straightforward to use with easy step-by-step prompts for you to follow. Once you have made your payment you will receive a very clear message that your booking has been made and you will see your booking reference on the screen. When you have completed this final stage, just check your e-mails where you will find your e-ticket.

What is an e-ticket?

It is a ticket issued by our website where you can find the booking details such as number of clients, reference number, hotel and other relevant details. It is what you need to present on the day of your excursion.

How do I find out my pick up time and point?

After your reservation, we will confirm with the supplier the pick up point and time, and it will be e-mailed to you.

Can I change the dates of my booking?

Yes you can. All you need is to send us an email indicating the booking reference and the day you want to change it to. All changes are subject to availability and must be made 72 hours before the date of your original booking.

What do I do if I haven't received an e-ticket?

If you do not receive an e-ticket or booking reference number, this usually means that your booking has not been completed or accepted. If you check with your bank you will normally find that the payment has not been made. In the unusual circumstances that the payment has been made yet you have not received your e-ticket, please contact us via the contact us page of the website and we will e-mail you a copy of the e-ticket.

What do I do if I haven't received the pick up time and point?

After you have the made the booking, we will pass the booking to our supplier and as soon as the time and pick up point is confirmed to us by the supplier, we will e-mail you with the details. Sometimes it can take a few days but most of the times it will be the same day. If you do not receive this information, please go to the contact us page of this website and e-mail us with your booking reference, excursion and hotel.

Do you have any advantages for groups?

We can arrange special prices for groups of 15 people or more. All you have to do is to contact us (please see the contact page) and let us know what excursions and activities you are interested in.

What products can I find on the website?

You can find many excursions, trips and activities in Mallorca. We also offer direct tickets to the most important venues or to special events taking place on our island.

In what areas of Mallorca do you offer excursions and activities?

We offer excursions, trips and activities from the the different resorts you find in the North of Mallorca . If you are staying in the South, East or other area of Mallorca, we recommend our partner http://www.click-mallorca.com

Do you have any products for clients coming on a cruise?

Yes, we offer a special tailor-made trip to clients coming to Mallorca on a cruise and spending only a few hours on our island. We suggest you to go to the main page and at the top you find will a list of destinations.

How do I know in what area my hotel is?

There is a list of hotels per area, and in case you can’t find it you can write the name of your accomodation.

Where do you pick up?

We have many pick up points and times depending on the supplier we work with, the area, the resort and the excursion. We always make sure that the pick up point is close to the place where you are staying and it is easy to find. The pick up point is confirmed by e-mail after you have made the reservation. All our pick up points are well known in resort, and if you don't know exactly where it is, all you have to do is to ask it to any hotel reception, where they will be more than happy to help you. Even if after that, you are still not sure, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail or call us on the number on your e-ticket to clarify the location of the pick up point.

Do you offer the trips in different languages?

We offer our trips and excursions mostly in English to make sure we offer a great service to our clients.

What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?

In the rare even that an excursion is cancelled, we will inform you as soon as we know. We will try to offer an alternative wherever possible and we will always offer the choice of a full refund.

Can I cancel a booking?

We appreciate that due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes plans must change. Therefore;

Cancellations more then a week in advance: no cost.

Cancellations between 7- 3 days prior to departure date: No cost.

Cancellation between 48- 24 hours prior to departure date: 50% of the total amount.

Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure date: 100% of the total amount.

No show: no restitution.

How can I pay?

You can pay using Mastercard, Visa and Visa debit cards.

Is your site secure?

Yes it is. For security when booking, your details are transmitted using industry standard 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. You'll need to be using a browser compatible with SSL (most modern ones are).

What is the company name that will appear on my credit card statement?

Payments made to us will appear on your card statements as: Nofrills Excursions S.L. which is the name of the company that owns this website.

What can I do if I have problems paying by credit card?

If you have problems trying to make the payment, it could be for various reasons; these are the most common ones:

  • Some information could be missing or could be incorrect, such as CVV security code, expiry date… Please double check the details you introduced in the payment page and try again.
  • Your account has not enough money.
  • Perhaps it is a credit card not accepted by our payment site. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Visa debit cards.
  • The name of the credit card holder doesn't match with the name stored by the issuing credit card company.
  • Sometimes banks prevent a payment from being made when it looks like unusual activity on the account. Before you contact us, contact with your bank and they will tell you if this has been the case. They will lift the block at your request and allow you to make the transaction.

Is there any way to book other than online?

We are an online company, and we only accept bookings online. Other methods such as by mail, phone, or email are not accepted. If you have any problems trying to book online, do not hesitate to contact us.

What do we offer?

We are a low cost travel agency based in the north of Mallorca offering a wide range of value for money experiences: excursions, tours and trips in Majorca / Mallorca, including water parks, night outs, boat trips, sightseeing and other activities.

We select suppliers that offer us the best rates and the best value for money. We don't try to make huge commissions on every booking - we prefer to offer our clients reasonable prices and excellent service to ensure their repeat custom. We are a close-knit team that works well together to maximise our time. We don't employ expensive managers or hire company cars, so keeping our overheads to a minimum.We understand that many families and holiday-makers have a limited budget. With this in mind we offer the most competitive tour and excursion prices for all Majorca tours. Holiday-makers are demanding lower prices for trips and that is what we offer. We believe that many people miss out on the tours that they want to do on holiday because it can be simply too expensive. We are offering people that chance to do all the tours, trips and excursions that they want to do at a lower cost in Majorca / Mallorca.

Why are we different compared to other companies?

Our small company was created in 2004 by Toni from Mallorca and Seamus from Ireland. We pride ourselves in organizing great value for money sightseeing tours, trips and excursions in Majorca / Mallorca.We are a local company Based in Mallorca. We specialise only in excursions, dedicating our time and knowledge to the field in which we are experts. We are experienced in operating excursions in Mallorca and know the island very well. We choose the best suppliers and have a good relationship with them. All this translates into good selection of products to cater in the best way the necessities of our clients.
