Great Experience, Efficient Service and great way to travel to Palma stress free.
Just finished my Palma excretion with no frills and had the pleasure of Jeannie helping with any suggestions and guiding if we needed in the city. I was really nervous when I first booked as I didn’t realise until later Alcúdia (where I’m staying) is North of the Island and away from everything and I wasn’t confident with driving but this offered a chance to explore without having to rent a car, if I had more time would defo have booked more but only had about 2 days. Please book you won’t be disappointed getting lost in the city eating the best tapas, drinking sangrias and exploring!❤️

We had a fantastic excursion to Palma. The coach was on time. We were warmly met by Juan who turned out to be a huge breath of fresh air and super Despite some complications on the way back due to heavy rain pours, Juan handled everything so professionally. He kept everyone organised, positive, and made sure we still had an amazing experience from start to finish. His knowledge, humour and professionalism really made the trip special. Highly recommend thank you Juan and of course our professional driver!
We were picked up outside our hotel at the exact time we expected. We arrived at Palma after a 90 min ride picking up other passengers, dropping some off at a shopping centre but all the time Melanie gave us lots of lovely island knowledge and safety tips and advice for our arrival at Palma. We had only booked the transport so we made our way to the Cathedral with our map of Palma and 41/2 hours to explore. We went into the cathedral, the museum, the art gallery and walked the old wall around the town. We wandered around the old town past shops, restaurants and many old buildings. We were allowed to go in to the public library and the building was absolutely amazing. Following food and drinks we made our way to the harbour saw amazing yachts and enjoyed our walk along the coast. We arrived at the meeting point and Melanie checked us all on the bus for our journey back to our hotel. Again information was provided on the way back. We will definitely use this company again and can’t thank Melanie and the driver enough for our outstanding experience.
Excellent trip. I use a mobility fold up scooter which was no problem. It would have been helpful if the guide told me how to access the cathedral via slopes and no steps.
Great full day in Palma City started at 9.30am returned 6pm "George" the return driver was very informative and helpful.
Second time on the Palma trip and fith time on a no frills trip. Nothing but praise for them all, each one was well organised with excellent bus drivers and knowledgeable friendly guides. Some nice upgrades available on this trip, tickets to the cathedral, a guided walk of Palma and an enjoyable hours boat trip around the harbour. Highly recommended.
